The Basics: Our technology enables physicians to monitor patients' vital signs, including Blood Pressure, Blood Sugar, and others remotely, without requiring patients to leave their homes.
For Physicians: Physicians are alerted in real time about changes in the patient's vital signs that may indicate changes in their condition. They can earn more than $150.00 per patient per month by monitoring patients remotely. Finding the time to see more patients is a challenge for every physician. With Remote Patient Monitoring, physicians can increase revenue without spending the man-hours necessary to see additional patients in the office.
For Patients: Patients who participate can get many of the benefits of a "concierge" physician practice without paying the high fees normally required for that degree of personal attention.

The Basics: RTM is Medicare's newest program for remote monitoring of patients; it focuses on the progress of treatment, including physical therapy, medication, and other treatment issues for patients with orthopedic and pulmonary conditions. We are introducing technology to help physicians, physical therapists, and other care providers implement the requirements of this program.
For Physicians: Physicians and other providers are alerted about issues with patients' treatment in real time. They can earn more than $150.00 per patient per month by participating without actually seeing any additional patients in the office.
For Patients: Patients who participate can have their treatment monitored at home to an extent that would not otherwise be feasible outside a hospital or skilled nursing facility.

The Basics: CCM is Medicare's program for managing the treatment of patients who have a wide range of chronic conditions. Our technology enables physicians to implement all of the requirements of this program.
For Physicians: Physicians can earn $120.00 or more per patient per month by communicating with patients remotely to keep track of and document changes in their chronic conditions.
For Patients: Patients who participate in CCM can ensure their physician knows about any developing problem with a chronic condition at the earliest possible time so that they can be treated more easily and more inexpensively than would otherwise be possible.
